Receptionist not helpful not friendly. Very difficult to get an appointment even when your tooth has dropped out. I am looking for a new dentist.

while this dentist has been great for years - with one dentist retiring and another on maternity leave, they haven't thought to get another dentist in! To get an appointment for just one of my sons outside of school hours we're looking at 6 months time!!!! CRAZY!!

Excellent dental practise. Very professional staff and service. The practise fitted me in at late notice for an urgent appointment which was much appreciated.

I have been using this dental surgery for about 8 years now. I have always had a fear of dentists after my childhood experiences with a dentist who would have been more suited to a torture chamber (borne out by all his ex patients!). Most dentists I have had since have waived these fears, not appreciating that they don't go away, but Ben at Henfield Dental Surgery was different. He actually listened and heeded my apprehension and, since going to him, he has always made a point of taking these fears into account and I have now built up confidence about these visits. That aside, he is also an accomplished dentist - both on the general side and, for me, implants which I have been delighted with. He and his dental nurse, Rosie and excellent Hygienist, Christine, are friendly and caring - I never thought I would say that I enjoy going to the dentist but, now I come to think about it, I almost do! (I was concerned when the practice was taking over by a large firm but, so far, there is little noticeable change). Thanks Ben, Rosie, Christine and Receptionists. (Sorry to single people out - I know the whole surgery has a good reputation but these are the only people I have experience with!). I will continue to recommend you.

I had a very unpleasant experience here and only went to this dentist becasue it comes up high on google when you type in Hollistic dentistry, its nothing of the sort and they do not even seem aware of the dangers of using Mercury, i was given the homeopath dentist who offered me no homeopath treatment and didnt mention anything of homeopathy being available and I was giving antibiotics for my infection. I had a very painful and sore removal wihich left my mouth cut and infected no one seemed to care and then when i went back in for them to look at it, I saw the rudest man/dentist on the planet as Lotta was not available. The receptionist were whispering about me and giving looks to each other when i was speaking, i felt like i was in a kids playground with this kind of behaviour, In their fava its a clean building and the xrays did not hurt as they use nice material every thing else in my experience here was not nice, and i have been to very nice dentists in the past so they do exist.
