Had an issue just before Christmas with a manufacturing fault in a brake pad fitted earlier in the the by GBG. As they where about to close for Xmas the next day Olly immediately offered us a loan car. When I explained this wouldnt work for us he then asked if we could bring the car in the next morning, which we did. Problem sorted under warranty by him. First class approach and service. Superb service from Keith today Well chuffed I found these guys, they really know their stuff and the only place after visiting no less than 10 other garages who could/were willing to help with my slightly modified bmw.Came back a couple of weeks later to pick up a pair of suspension arms that needed the old worn out bushes pushed out (pig of a job) and replacements pushed in. All done to their perfect standards so went away well happy again. GBG is great, Olly and the team are so helpful, super friendly and know everything there is to know about mechanics ect.... I wouldn't hesitate going back again or recommending GBG to anyone. And I'm a real fussy f#@k when it comes to who I'll trust with my bm :-)

Better than anyone else, I first used this amazing garage after buying a second hand car and wanted a professional opinion, they advised me extremely well about the car I had brought and helped by getting the original garage to pay for the stuff that was wrong with the car!!! How amazing is that! These guys are honest, trustworthy, professional and always answer and any questions in a way you can understand. They also give you a car while your car is being worked on!!!!! Their customer service is just outstanding! I will never go anywhere else and have used them several times now and have just been wowed every time (and Im a fussy so and so). Stop reading this and just use them, you wont be disappointed
